• Lab expansion to deliver electrical failure analysis (EFA) services and ESD testing services since Jan. 2004 – Providing integrated services with EFA and PFA and expediting Diagnosis to Root Cause Identification.

• ISO 9000, IECQ 17025 certified in June 2004 (in the provisions of materials analysis and failure analysis). Hsinchu science park branch office will open house in June 2006 (Trial run since Feb.2006).
